So, you’ve decided to help make your lawn happy & healthy! Now what?
One of our licensed lawn care technicians will visit your property & start your lawn on our lawn program. This program is designed to give your lawn the appropriate feeding (for the time of year), as well as pre-emergent treatments & herbicide spraying. With each of our 7 treatments, your lawn will receive the proper nutrition & weed control to help it thrive under our sometimes difficult growing conditions here in Eastern NC. With our Royal Turf Care program, you can rest assured your lawn is receiving the best products & care available!
Now, you’ve just had your first lawn application, what can you expect?
Dependent on the time of year, visual weed control will take anywhere from 12-21 days. Warmer months, weeds will die faster, cooler months they die slower. Rain following our fertilizer application is beneficial, as all of our granular products require water to begin the process of entering & breaking down in the soil.
You’d like to pay your account. Are there multiple ways to pay?
Yes! With each visit to your property, our technicians will leave an invoice which details the treatment applied. There will be a return envelope provided with your invoice, should you like to mail in your payment & pay with a check or money order. You may also easily pay online & securely through our website royalturfcare.com. And we are happy to process your credit card over the phone (a credit card convenience fee of $3 will be added for processing all credit cards). We also offer a yearly prepayment discount offer for those that like to pay for their services up front & avoid the hassle of paying during the year.
How often should you expect your lawn to be treated?
Depending on the weather & growing conditions, your lawn treatments will be spaced out every 5-8 weeks. Weather is a huge factor in our work, in the event of natural disasters, our schedule will be adjusted accordingly.
Your technician left a note regarding lawn insects or diseases, what should you do?
On each visit, your technician will make note of problems that may be arising in your lawn. Should they determine that your lawn will benefit from a certain treatment, an information card regarding the treatment & price for suggested application will be provided. Simply let us know at your convenience & we will schedule the application.
It rained immediately after your lawn treatment, will the weeds still die?
Yes, rain following any of our applications is beneficial. If we experience torrential rain immediately after, a service call will be placed for 2-3 weeks later to respray your weeds.
Are there ways to save on your service?
YES! Our customer referral program is an awesome way to save on your Royal Turf Care treatments! For each customer that signs up & mentions your name, you’ll receive $25 on your account!

We welcome questions! Simply call our office or email anytime you have any questions regarding your lawn & landscape! We’re happy to give referrals for various landscaping questions, tree removal or mowing services!
Oh no! So you’re moving & need to stop service or simply wish to discontinue?
No problem! Any time you’d like to stop (or restart) service, simply call our office! Our services are continual (from year to year), so there is no need to contact us each year to continue your service. Simply put, we will continue to treat your lawn until you request that we stop!

Mosquito Control-our all natural mosquito control services reduce & kill those pests that keep us from being outdoors & spread disease! Season application every 3 weeks.
Turf Disease Control-offered on an as needed basis, our turf disease control helps with various fungus infestations that can occur at certain times of year.
Fire ant Control-we provide a once yearly application to rid your property of those nasty fire ants! Should any pop up during the year, we are happy to retreat until they are controlled!
Perimeter Pest control services-applied quarterly around the perimeter of your home, we stop bugs before they enter your home!
We also offer controls for various lawn pests such as mole crickets, chinch bugs, spittle bugs, Army worms, sod webworms & other insects that can affect your lawn during different growing seasons!
